Terms of Service

Paid plugins are billed monthly through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which private repository access is revoked.

An active subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the corresponding plugin and to access its private repository as a read-only collaborator. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the plugin source.

Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to breach security, resell access, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access for violations.

Because access is granted immediately on purchase, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, skAIld is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
